Pipe beveling

Pipe end preparation for welding is the first and the most important step; since the quality of the pipe beveling or pipe cutting has a direct impact on the quality of pipe welding. Therefore, having full control of the pipe preparation process ensures the faultless set-up for welding. The maximum wall thickness is 25 mm

Beaver S Automatic is suitable when:

The batch sizes are large
The diameter range of the pipes that need to be machined is 0.25” – 56” (12mm – 1450mm)
The maximum wall thickness is 25mm ( if the wall thickness is > 25mm: multiple step beveling)
The production volume is high

Beaver CNC is suitable when:

The diameter range of the pipes need to be operated is 1” – 56” (33mm – 1450mm)
The pipe material is relatively tougher (duplex, and super duplex)
The wall thickness is unlimited

Beaver CB is suitable when:

The production volume is high
Multiple steps for the end product is needed
The diameter range of the pipes need to be operated is 1” – 56” (33mm – 1450mm)
