The Cut & Bevel Cell can be flexibly integrated into a wide range of separation methods whether circular saws, band
saws, plasma cutting, or other cutting technologies. At its core is a robust longitudinal beam with supports, equipped
with a gripping system featuring integrated sensors. In the first step, the gripper travels along the pipe, capturing both
its diameter as well as the exact length and position. It then moves precisely to the pipe end, grips firmly, and guides the pipe accurately into the cutting device A particular advantage: the gripper can engage directly with the cutting unit. The clamp jaws extend into the vise, allowing clean and secure cutting even at minimal remaining pipe length.
The process is designed entirely for efficiency: cutting is carried out in a single stroke, without the need for the grip-
per to readjust. After separation, the workpieces are reliably transported away by the integrated conveyor system. For
very short sections that cannot be handled by the standard conveyor, Copier offers customized solutions for automatic removal.
